The CoNoggin Family

Three layers. One architecture.

How would we build a learning platform if we were to start today?

We started with purpose. The primary goal of every L&D initiative is change — so we made change the unit of delivery. Every activity, programme, and piece of content links to a goal. Every goal opens a loop that measurement closes. Goals and impact are how the platform is organised, and how you engage with it.

CoNoggin

An AI-native Learning Operating System.

LMS. LXP. An operating system: primitives (goals, activities, methodology cards, agents, canon), APIs (every action available to humans and agents), services (generation, curation, retrieval, measurement), apps that build on top.

Set the goal. We handle the rest.

conoggin.aiIn pilot. Opening to a small group later this year.
01.B
CoNoggin BREW

AI course authoring with a built-in skeptic.

One Claude authors a course through a five-pass pipeline. A second Claude — adversarial — checks the work against the methodology you picked. When the author has skipped a step, vagued out, or trotted out generic platitudes, the critic sends it back.

SCORM · xAPI · HTML5 · PDF.

01.C
CoNoggin SAGE

Organisational intelligence for capability change.

Three things that usually live in three different tools — knowledge management, methodology curation and evaluation, and team-and-workforce development — bound into one architecture, with information flowing between them in every direction.

A triangle: workforce (humans AND agents) ↔ knowledge ↔ capabilities. Goals cascade across departments. Patterns from real execution flow back up to refine methodology. Knowledge banks ingest what teams actually use and propose durable updates to the org's canon. Cross-cutting aggregation across teams, initiatives, and time surfaces patterns no per-initiative view can see.
